Intended for Good: Power and Restraint // Belmont
Whether we are comfortable with it or not, power is a part of our world. There are people in power over us and there are situations where we are in power and have authority over others. Despite which position we find ourselves in, how do we respond or react? Do our actions portray our lives rooted in Christ? Joseph, in the book of Genesis, found himself in authority and under authority throughout different seasons of his life. What can we learn from his responses to the circumstances around him? Considering we will be faced with power and authority in one way or another in life, we need to learn how to remain faithful in these positions. Listen in to this week's sermon to learn more about how Joseph carried out his actions with grace and faithfulness.
