Have you ever said, posted, texted something that was taken the wrong way? You were misunderstood, causing a conflict to arise. When we do not know the intent behind something heard, seen, read, or experienced, a misunderstanding arises. We have come to the last sermon in our series in the book of John. As we do, we ask the important question of why John wrote the book and how it applies to us.

We have all been there. We say or do something out of character or that contradicts what we believe in. Maybe it's something small like a rash comment or a burst of anger. Or sometimes it carries a bigger impact like making a terrible business decision, or entering into a bad relationship. This may happen because there is a disconnect between our beliefs and our behavior.

How do we change that? How do we live lives consistent with our beliefs? Join us as we look at Jesus' response to this question in this week's installment of our sermon series "BELIEVE."
