If you are a member of the Mount Hope community, you have joined with us as we gather as a church Sundays or at one of the various time during the week. You may have joined us at one of our church locations, or are a part of one of the many groups that meet throughout the Greater Boston area.
But as you gather with others in the church community, have you ever asked yourself why you do so? What is the goal behind our gatherings? Everyone has a reason of their own as to why they come to these events. It may be to listen to some great music, or to listen to a relevant talk, to spend time with friends, or simply because it's some thing that's always been done.
As we come to the close of this passage in Colossians, Paul addresses this issue and encourages us to do a couple of things every time we come together as a community. Listen in to be encouraged and challenged to live out the biblical standard of community.
