What comes to mind when you hear the word “work”? Is it joy? Or is it something else? Recently at Mount Hope, we visited the sermon series, The Gift of Rest, and this month we are going to look at what is on the other side of that rest. Most of us have spent much of our time at a place called work. Whether you’re working for an employer at a job or working around the house for your family, we are all taking part in work. So what does the Bible say about work? How do we connect our work during the week to what we hear on Sunday mornings?
