The hurricane destroyed the power grid for the entire island leaving 3.4 million U.S. citizens in the dark. The most pressing need is electricity and clean drinking water. Water filters and generators are a prized commodity.Restoring families with a dry safe home by cleaning debris, sorting through belongings and rebuilding walls and roofs are all ministry opportunities waiting for an army of volunteers to help out.
